Live plants are packed in carton box with safety layers inside the box for proper delivery. At Present, No name tags attached with plants while packing.
For Non – live products like grow bags, fertilizers, Pots etc,. will be packed in either carton box or packing bags.
Any order is shipped within 5 to 10 business days except unforeseen situation. Plants and other products can not delivered on same date.
Products are shipped through third party courier companies like Bluedart, DTDC, smartr, TrackON, ST Courier, Franch Express & Speed Post (India Post). Once shipped, Tracking details are shared through e-mail as default and WhatsApp on user request. To know the courier status, check the information on particular courier companies portal. Note : For live plants, Actual shipping charges are not charged for any quantity. Minimum charges for packing & local transportation are mentioned in website as shipping charges.
For live plants, 2 to 7 days for delivery (For urban areas) and additional 3 to 5 days for rural / remote areas for delivery.
For non live products, 2 to 10 days for delivery.
Home delivery & office delivery subject to respective courier company norms.
Any delay in delivery by courier company or damage in transit, we are not liable for that. But, we consider that loss, compensation is done based on santhi online plants service team as exceptional.
